Law scholars and practitioners in the house I have a question.

I see news of people suing the government of any level for different reasons and some do win the cases and Court awards compensation to the petitioners as a way of giving them justice.

For instance Mr A charges Abia State Government to court for violation of his right, wins the case and government awards him ₦20m for damages.

My question is; What happens if Abia State government fails to pay Me A the money awarded to him?
