Jennifer Uzoma is an household name in the Nigerian movie industry, both as an actress and a movie producer. With over 100 movies to her credit.

She recently revealed her intention to go into politics, rather than remain a bystander. So as to touch lives, change the narrative and also make good contribution to the society

In her words

Before I became a movie producer, there were some stories that were turned into movies, which I felt I could do better, use them to impact the society positively, and also make good contribution to the society. And this is why I want to go into politics, so as to impact lives positively.

According to the actress, having seen most of the things politicians do for their communities, she feels she can do better, connect and also reach out to the people well. Because she sees herself as a grass root person, one who knows what her people need and what can be done to make life better for her people.

Though she's from Imo State, but was born and brought up in Enugu state. She visits home often and also relate well with her people.

Speaking further, she added that she'd use the opportunity to impact the society positively and also use it to make good contribution that would help make life better for her people, if elected into any political post in future

Natasha still lacks something which made some of her party members voted against her. She's very disrespectful , she disrespected all the chieftain and grassroot elders whom she met in her party, she didn't appreciate them because there was authority from the Pdp headquarters that they should allow her to be the automatic flag bearer of the Pdp senatorial candidate , she got it as instructed and started lording it over them, disrespected all of them and they secretly worked against her. So she should rather take lessons from Senator Florence Ita Giwa and not Natasha. First hand info

When you don't divide your nyansh for 'burukutu' elders, you are disrespectful ke.

Natasha has worked hard for her mandate. . . .
Florence Ita-Giwa ke?
Now I know you are not serious. cheesy

The typical AFRICAN men will ALWAYS tear down women in politics, because they believe that women should be playthings in bed and slaves in the kitchen only. You have to sleep your way up from gateman to manager to be humbled and disgraced all for power. They will toss you from one to the other only to humiliate you.

What a jungle! cheesy

You drifted and assumed things that never happened, nobody is talking about Nyah’s here infact her husband was the one busy going up and down to beg people on her behalf, this is an inside info I’m giving here. Her husband complained to people to talk to over her arrogant attitude towards these people but it all fell on deaf ears. I’m a great supporter of women in politics because that’s where I’m headed but won’t back Natasha on her arrogance. It doesn’t take you anything as a woman to be respectful in the midst of something mostly dominated by men, it is wisdom. This people were ready to work for her through it all but she carelessly provoked them and they silently dealt with her. As for Chief Florence Ita Giwa, she’s one of the most successful female politician in the country.

It was because of the disrespect as a SINGLE woman in politics she decided to take refuge under marriage.
She was a politician before she got married.
It takes a woman with a very wide and deep nyansh that can accommodate a boar-constrictor to survive in Nigerian politics. cheesy

Once you do not smile with riff-raffs, you are disrespctful.
Only in a SHYTEHOLE country of course.

Absolutely not.
You mean the shameless elders who assist thieving politicians and give them support for looting their states?
