1) Please you should have started by defining in clear terms what you mean by 'ethnic slurs'.
2) State in clear terms various ways the rule can be violated and the punishment each attracts.
3) Get a competent lawyer to draft them for you.
4) Stop the idea of waking up one day to write statements laced with ambiguity as a rule. Such ambiguity can be weaponized by your moderators to settle ethnic scores. I have an ethnic identity to defend and i don't want to be targeted unfairly by someone with an opposing ethnic view hiding under a moderator cloak.
5) Assigning a character like mynd44 the job of enforcing such rule does not portray you as a very serious person to say the least, but to come out strongly, it could even portray you as complicit. This is because everyone knows his political and ethnic biases and he has shown this inclinations in the past, and even presently. In my opinion, your site lost guard against unfairness and rabid tribalism when i stopped seeing Lalasticlala. Make necessary adjustments.

That thing is just pure rubbish. This johnjustice guy has been going around making tribalistic comments after Seun announced the "ban" on tribalists. After he was reported by multiple nairalanders, all the mods did after almost 2hours was to delete his posts without banning him. He is still on the lose making his tribalistic comments. Seun when you people are serious abeg tell us.
