Don't be surprised to see most of the 'cabals' change gear. Life and politics is all about personal interest and Tinubu has proven to be an expert at understanding individual interests and leveraging it for the common good, In summary, cabals don BATify! Bigfish121: 1 Like |

Bigfish121: Military take over of civilian government is not allowed by the Constitution. So Interim government is not possible during a democracy. The only solution here is cancel the most disputed presidential election and conduct a fresh presidential election. |

"frivolous court injunctions". So the DSS now sees Nigerian Court injuctions as frivolous? They should also accept it when we describe subsequent court injuctions as frivolous. Frivolous court injuctions should not be obeyed by anyone. |

Reinaldo:It seems something is wrong with you. Was Obi able to score 25% in the following states; Kebbi, Zamfara, Jigawa, Sokoto, Bornu, Niger, Kogi, Kano, Adamawa, Katsina, Kwara, Oyo, Osun, Ondo, and Ekiti? If no, why are you behaving like an illiterate? Do you have evidence Obi was rigged out in the core north? Did Obi campaign as expected in the core north to warrant him getting substantial votes? Do they even know him in the core north? Stop deceiving yourself that he won the election. If the presidential election is repeated today, he may not even get up to what he had before because people now see him and Datti as an agent of destabilization. How could a person of his caliber be inciting his followers to call for interim govt or military take-over because he lost an election. 1 Like |

Oh boy, hold on to your hats, folks! The Department of State Services (DSS) is sounding the alarm bells! They're warning us that President Buhari wants to declare a state of emergency and install an interim government. Wow, what a shocker! Who would've thought that a man who's been in power for the last eight years might want to extend his rule a little longer? I mean, why wouldn't he? Nigeria is doing so well under his watch, right? The economy is thriving, security is tight, and corruption is a thing of the past. Oh wait, sorry, my bad. That's actually the opposite of what's happening. The economy is in shambles, Boko Haram and bandits are running rampant, and the country is consistently ranked as one of the most corrupt in the world. But sure, let's give Buhari another chance to fix things. What could go wrong? In all seriousness though, it's not surprising that Buhari would try to pull a move like this. He's already shown a penchant for ignoring the will of the people and doing whatever he wants. Remember when he suspended the Chief Justice of Nigeria in 2019? Or how about when he banned Twitter couple of years? Yeah, this guy clearly has a firm grasp on democracy and the rule of law. So, DSS, thank you for the warning. We'll be sure to keep an eye out for any signs of Buhari's sneaky plan. But let's be real, we're not exactly holding our breath for a peaceful and democratic transition of power in Nigeria. |
