Why Peace and progress will continue to elude Nigeria is very simple. We all know we are deeply rooted in ethnicity and religiosity. Merit and competence is never a primary consideration. In politics , bureaucracy and governance we will continue to stumble. The country is full of injustice, hatred and ethnic suspicion. We have terrorists, bandits , secessionist and goons on the prowl because the country lacks fair
Until we decide to build a nation where equity and justice reigns, we may never have a Nigeria where peace and progress exist. We will continue to oscillate indefinitely.
