A profound businessman wants a replacement for his old driver, who had just traveled south to bury his mom. He then puts out a job posting to the public. On seeing this vacancy, the first man came.

"Greetings, sir, please, I'm here to apply for the new job," the man said.

"Please sit," the businessman replied.

After a series of questions and interviews, there was an agreement, and Mr. Paul got the job.

Paul, however, has earned himself four years of experience but has failed to use the ingredients he has in preparing himself and serving his boss without distaste. His boss was the chubby and huge type, so he preferred a slow and comfortable ride.

Having worked in several large sectors across the United States, the businessman expected the driver to put the car in his care, as it was his responsibility to ensure proper car maintenance.

On Monday morning, the car got damaged from overheating and was taken to a nearby mechanic. Mr. James, however, has spent just three years repairing vehicles but has done everything in his power to perfect his craft. He and Paul did something quite similar with their lives. The only thing the former did differently was acquire all the information he could about the rich man's taste regarding roadsters.

James was sure he got all the information and instructions he needed to get the job done. Paul, on the other hand, earned the trust of his boss but failed to find a suitable serving technique.

Not long into the discussion, the businessman asked the mechanic how much he made from vehicle repairs. He then made a better offer to this young man — to maintain his car alongside six other roadsters and a transport truck.

In excitement, the mechanic shouted, "Yes, sir!"

Paul enjoyed every bit of his conversation thereon and decided to be a good listener. But he lost that particular job.

LESSON LEARNT - Talents and skills are much helpful. EXPERIENCE, HOWEVER, HELPS BEST.
