Now the question is how much in total do you wanna pay? You can have 2300 dollars to pay but yet a little difference(like currency rate) might still not make u complete payment. Besides the University of Bradford I know request 5k pounds so try having a dollar equivalent (if you are paying through USD) and try the payment again ensuring you have the right account details/ channel.
