Operatives of the Department of State Services (DSS) and men of the police force have arrested the Eze Igbo of Ajao Estate, Lagos, Fredrick Nwajagu, who vowed to invite members of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) to Lagos to secure properties of Igbo people in the state.

CruzTvblog learnt that the traditional leader was nabbed in a joint operation by the DSS and the police force in the early hours of Saturday.

According to reports the team had stormed his palace but he fled, he was later traced to a hotel in Ejigbo where he was arrested at midnight, and he is currently in the custody of the DSS .

Also, Recall that in a 49-second video, shared on Twitter on Friday by a source, the traditional leader had threatened to invite IPOB members to Lagos, justifying the move in the wake of attacks on some Igbo people in the state.

The Igbo leader said he stood by his words, insisting that his people must have a stand in Lagos.

“IPOB, we will invite them. They have no job. All of the IPOB will protect all of our shops. And we have to pay them. We have to mobilise for that. We have to do that.

According to him, We must have our own security so that they will stop attacking us in the midnight, in the morning, in the afternoon.

“When they discover that we have our own security, before they will come, they will know that we have our own men there. he added.

I am not saying a single word to be hidden. I am not hiding my words, let my words go viral. Igbo must get their right and get stand in Lagos State,” he had said, following the video.

By now if we had a serious agency , the INEC chairman should be in police,SSS or EFCC custody and should be charge for fraudulent offences. Mc O should be in court with Kanu or DSS custody. The DSS keep putting themselves in trouble and their actions is looking like ethnic arrest all the time from kids to adult being detained for not even lifting a single bullet not to talk of gun.
