For our safety as a whole, I think the out going government should start building foundation of several mentally retarded homes and be completed within the first 100 days of the incoming government. So these fellows can be given complete and proper treatments. A stitch on time saves nine.

Although, majority of them are already mad online, we have to take caution before the majority get loose offline.
