It is a Reality that singing HU not only heals broken hearts, restores hope and uplifts the singer in all ramifications. It is a sound that protects. It is the most powerful word a person can be given for personal protection. In each Light and Sound service, HU is sung for 30minutes (8:00AM-8:30AM). This then becomes a golden moment where Soul sings it's heart out to it's creator. Life becomes golden once more because an opened heart is an opened door to the riches of heaven. 1 Like |

If you're not attending, singing HU while you walk on the street, before and after bed and any other moment is a new flex you just learned. It can be sung silently or aloud. Focus should be on the heart. Allow it to reverberate in your heart region. You will now know that Love indeed is the golden key to the riches of God. 1 Like |

When I was small in late 80s and early 90s I used to hear my mom praying “God destroy every ogboni and Eckankar” now I grow up and started seeing eckankar advert and emblems everywhere. Does it mean that they meant no harm or that they need more members. |
