One thing that is very important in business is consistency. No matter the kind of business you do, consistency is important.


1.It will help you gain the trust of your customers.
2. It will establish your business presence
3. And it will help get lots of customers over time.


Now look at this, Imagine you have a provision shop where you sell, and you consistently open your shop for a month.


What will happen is that passers by will get to know of the existence of your business and they will be even more assured after patronizing you.


But what happens if they come the next day and your shop is closed?
They might say “okay I'll come tomorrow”.


But what if they come the next day but your shop is still closed or it’s open but you don't have the thing they want to buy?
This is what will happen👇.


They will start looking for an alternative. They will look for a shop that is open and has what they want to buy.


Personally, if i come to your shop on three different occasions and you either don't have what i want to buy or your shop is closed, the next time i need something, your shop will not cross my heart and even if it does, i might still not come for fear that you might not have what i want to buy or that your shop might be closed.


I'm just too lazy to walk down to your shop to confirm my doubts, so I'll just pass and go somewhere I'm SURE of.


And you know what? A lot of people are like that too.


So if you don't want your clients to start looking for a replacement for you or an alternative, then you have to be consistent in doing your business. Especially if you run an online business like me. Do your best to be very consistent.
