APC didn't win any majority, INEC just allocated votes.

Look at it that no party that won
presidential has ever won in less than half
of the 36 states of Nigeria. In 2015 APC
won about 23 States. This year they won
only 12, same number with 2nd & 3rd. In
Benue state, they "won" with less than
2000 votes.
