U mean your car is not doing slow.u increased the acceleration, meaning your car rpm on idle is very high,high fans,high slow. Dead plugs,bad nozzle,bad dumper, weak engine..... when the car goes off and brakes soeze,did hand brake or leg brake also freeze. Manucfaurer did that to your car cos it has entered limp mode,but still u do wuru wuru dey drive am like that after rewire with kazeem work am. No worry,when e catch fire,doors jam,fire start,u go drop your ATM card pin las las. No use scanner,check engine. Ode

First I'll advice you to stop driving that death trap, then find a good mechanic/rewire to take proper look at the car.
