Joy was a lady from my state who was teaching in a school and was earning 7000 (she was teaching with her O'level) and was also trusting God for admission.

I did a software for an organization and they needed help with data entry and it was just 2 days to my exams knowing fully well I wouldn't be able to do the data entry job, I called Joy for 3 consecutive days and she wouldn't pick and wouldn't return my calls, so I finally gave the job to someone else.

Few days later when Joy eventually picked my called and I asked why she didn't return my call, she said she wasn't having airtime and when i asked why she didn't send a please call me she told me she doesn't know how to send please call me that she has never done that before.

To cut the long story short my friend finished the data entry within 5 days and was paid 107k. Two months later Joy called that she has been given admission that it's school fees shes trusting God for now. I just told her God would provide.

Now she wàs the first person who came to mind(even though we lived over 900km apart) when I couldn't do the job because I knew resources was scarce around her and she would soon be going to school. The money she would have been paid would have at least taken care of her school fees.

Some of the callers may not be destiny helpers . Some call to propose a deal as a means to scam you if you fall for them. Some would call claiming to be stranded in Kano State after embarking on a business trip and that you should send them money only for them to scam you. Some would call from the village claiming to be sick only to use that as a means to scam you. Some would send you recharge card and call to appreciate you for not loading the recharge card and then tell you to speak with one Baba only for Baba to try to cast hypnotizing spells on you if you speak with the Baba in phone. At times it is better you ignore some unimportant calls.

Most of the people calling you with strange numbers are destiny suckers. They'll never send text. They want you to answer your phone so they'll begin with emotional blackmail.

I recently stopped taking calls from strange numbers. I'll respond with "Busy. Text please" message when I miss a call from a strange number. As expected, they'll never text.

I duly understand your point but phone calls have been made for easy communication with people.
I have someone I've been trying to fix up with a job, but her nonchalant attitude towards receiving my calls or returning it back has hindered lots from her, and that's the only way i can get across to her.
No matter what, even if you don't like the person nor want to talk to the person, at least give them the listening ear so they don't feel they're actually wasting their time on helping you. The call you don't pick today nor return may be someone's stepping stone to a greater future.
Why then do we really pray for destiny helpers when we don't recognize the around us?

This is why I like Oyinbo people. Once you call most of their lines, you will be routed to voice mail that will request you to drop your name, number, address and the purpose of your calling etc. That way, they can have a preview of you and your purpose before deciding on which of the numerous nuisance calls that's worth responding to. I do that a lot too. If your call is important to both of us, you will be willing to drop a voice mail message. If I don't have your number on my phone, it's straight into voice mail. Yeah, I know, someone will say what if it's an emergency? Well, that emergency should be stated in the voicemail message. Since my mobile phone is with me, once I hear the nature of your emergency, I treat it immediately you drop the voicemail message. Sometimes, you will receive some calls and they will just spoil your mood and/or your life instantly (esp. in the case of scammers)

One thing I've noticed that works very well for me is taking my time to process people and their messages. It has helped and saved me a lot.

If you apply for jobs in some reputable companies, they will often put in the forms for you to state the time/period they can call you if your application is successful or if they need further information from you.

Also some people because of their busy nature may have specific times they can attend to phones. That way people's calls won't disturb their lives and run them mad.

Most times when I give people my number, I do specify when they can call me especially if I perceived the person will probably disturb me with calls. It also gives me the impression of know how discipline the person is.

Some calls can be annoying though. Especially strange numbers. Well I hardly pick calls maybe I will change from that. But i can opened and read massages 100 times. I don't have your number stored on my phone, I hardly pick it, many things are happening this days.

If this calls is so important to you, then text him and introduced yourself. It is as simple as that. My friend in US. Will never pick your call unless he stores it on his phone, even if i want to call him with a different number I will have to chat him tru massage or WhatsApp first.

Destiny helper please call me i will answer. 0906 five two three 73 seven 9
