Masturbation is a sin on its own, you can't masturbate while you have your wife and husband around. I mean what excuse do you have?

The same energy is used because of our religious nature in nigeria..

the statement "get a girlfriend" is usually thrown at pple that are complaining of masturbation addiction....its more like a funny fix for their addiction because it is assumed that pple start to masturbate because they dont have girlfriend

Replacing a habit with another habit is one of the approach of overcoming addictions... but pple doi it wrongly by using another problem to replace an existing

To me... using sex with women as solution to overcome masturbation, is a negative type of solution....because lots of married pple are still addicted to masturbatión and porn..so its not perfect solution per se.

Its like when u tell someone suffering from heart break to go and fvck another person. Its a quick fix or a distraction but not a proper solution..

That's why the DEVIL is called the FATHER of all LIARS. You will only discover that masturbation is a sin when you have finish destroying self . The penis was created for the vagina only. Not the hands and other things.
