On April 10, 2023, I was awarded a Certificate of Facilitation by Youth International Leadership Institute (YIL-Network), Monrovia, Liberia as one of the International Facilitators on the Virtual Growth Accelerator Training Program Cohort 7th where I presented a topic titled: The Potential Of Today's Youth: Its Development and Challenges on March 08, 2023.

During the program, I charged the participants to always remember that today's world yearn for more creativity and innovation most especially from them because the youthful age is a critical and paramount stage as far as human personality development is concerned.

It is a stage which equips the youth life with information, knowledge, experiences and skills by nuclear family, society, schools, religious organizations and so on that enable the youth to identify and maximize their God given potentials for the betterment of their own communities.

I wish to use this very medium to thank Amb. Francis Masaline, the entire team of Youth International Leadership Institute (YIL-Network), Monrovia, Liberia and their students for the opportunity given to me to impact greatly last month.
