I still wonder what Simon Ekpa thinks that a Referendum is in the first place....
In fact, it is very clear to me now,, that he doesn't even know the constitutional conditions for referendums, neither is he aware that it is the same INEC that would still conduct it whenever there is need for it.

Well, for me, he should go and sit down.
He never cared about Nigeria.
So, he shouldn't come now and start pretending to care.

I pity his ignorance though..

He is one of the major problems we are having in Nigeria currently..

The current INEC cannot conduct a Referendum..
Ordinary credible and reliable election is too difficult for them to conduct..


If Simon really needed Referendum,, he should have joined hands in making INEC truly independent, and strong, and reliable, and credible.
