Nigerians are law abiding citizen, so if you are Nigerian you must abide by the constitution. So provide that constitutional sections that says you must know where tinubu is. hope you are even a Nigerian?

They are recharging his battery in France and UK when it is 100% full they will return him back to Nigeria to function for a while.
