JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Understand Chinese and be able to communicate daily in Chinese;

2. More than 1 year experience in customer service

3. Have strong communication skills, bear hardships and stand hard work;

4, with strong learning ability, auto parts industry experience, preferred



JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Daily reception and business processing work, responsible for platform business consultation, timely response to solve problems encountered by customers;

2, docking domestic customer service, daily customer order inquiry, quotation;

3. Responsible for pushing product information to customers;

Collect customer needs and feedback, and organize reports
