What you need is to pray for God to a positive instinct & always be optimistic

It is called imposter syndrome.
A feeling you are not worthy to be in a particular position or you are not worthy to enjoy the good things of life.
Yours is coupled with fear and anxiety. This I suspect came as a result of past failures and words said by people in belittling you, in the long run, it triggers your subconscious to believe those lies

What you need now is a thorough reprogramming. What your mind is doing is that it's trying to run away from failure or disappointment 😔 it is a defense mechanism to totally kill your expectations so when it happens you wouldn't feel too bad or be in despair, with the famous line of "I said it, thank God I didn't put much hope in it". After all despair comes when your hope is crushed. It is bad because it kills all hope, how can you live life without hope?

Your reprogramming should be to focus your self on little achievements, start making little wins, don't hope big, make little expectation for your self and achieve those easy expectations, and begin to step up your expectations with time.
This way you are training your mind to hope and getting used to achieving things, even if it is little, and makes have the mindset that even if you don't achieve what you hope for it is okay, because tomorrow you will try again.

Man has always given God it's name, e.g Chineke, Oluwa, Allah, Jehovah, etc. These are names we gave God in time immemorial.

Even the name God is the English name for addressing the Almighty.

No it's a holy and sacred name for God which you can use to directly communicate with God.

It's a disease some Nigerians choose to suffer from. Always thinking negative about everything. Always wishing for bad and evil at all times.

That's Paranoia, Most people feel. Sometimes you feel maybe you are on a que and everything is going smoothly you'll start feeling when it reaches your turn it will stop working.

That's why you need to start smoking weed. Seriously it helps me deal with depression,stress,paranoia and any form of negative vibe.
I really don't see why it shouldn't be prescribed as an anti-depressant.
Non smokers may only see the negative side and health issues but the truth is that it works better than any pill or therapy.

It's probably because of past experiences. U are limiting urself by urself. Start by deliberately purging those past experiences out by filling ur thoughts with good things only and remember ur past failures don't define u. Consciously do this every morning and night. Try know God small. Talk to him about it like ur seeing him sitting next to u. Talk to him before u make any major moves in this manner too. Always consciously fill ur mind with new positive materials as much as u can. U go dey alright las las. The mind is the most powerful weapon. It can make or break u. Depends on how u wield it

Similarly, having these same fears and worries when you are about to make out with a lady (performance anxiety) is the major cause of psychological erectile dysfunction. It is one challenge you've got to defeat with utmost alacrity that's if you really want to succeed in life...

The bible emphatically stressed that you guide your mind with all diligence because out of it(your mind)are the issues of life.
