A Nigerian took to his Twitter account to say “thank you” to the Lagos state governor after he was nearly mugged by traffic robbers on the Otedola Bridge on Thursday morning, April 20. The Twitter user shared a photo and video of his car with the driver’s side window shattered. He said the robbers used a cutlass to break the window in an attempt to rob him.

“I almost got robbed just before Otedola Bridge this morning. Thank goodness for Grace, Street OT and my dyed nylon. Thanks @jidesanwoolu I took your advice, I rolled my glass but that for not using a machete broke my head this morning. Everyone out there safe.”

He also shared his encounter with the police after the incident happened. ” shout out to Nigerian Police @PoliceNG. There was literally a checkpoint about a minute’s walk from the crime scene and all they said to me was, “eya sorry, dem carry dem bike abi” Best in therapy

Once got jacked around the Barrack and Marwa Gardens in 2018.

I guess the Boys who operate around there are Barrack boys.

I guess it2 because of those boys that all the traffic light around that axis are always on ready once it's past 7pm.
