Responsibilities:
- Manage our social media accounts on various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Develop a content strategy that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience
- Create and curate high-quality content, including posts, videos, and other types of content that engage our audience
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor and analyze the performance of our social media accounts and provide recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, best practices, and algorithm changes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Manage the social media advertising budget and create effective campaigns to increase engagement and drive traffic to our website

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a social media manager or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media analytics
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their features
