How To Predestinate A Child To Be Godly Before Birth

Jeremiah 1:5 (KJV)

Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.

The above is a perfect illustration of a predestinated child.

However, contrary to what many believe, this particular statement was not directed at everyone, but specifically to Jeremiah who was predestinated by God to be a prophet before his birth. It could also apply to any one predestined in similar manner by God.

Such ones, also known as prophetic children, were the exception to the rule of freewill, the general basis upon which God's hinges His formation of humans and that which He used to form man in the beginning.

Prior to the birth of the predestinated children, there were often prophecies already given which foretells their birth, in some cases, hundreds of years before their conception and births. The prophecies also often reveal some details about the predestinated children, such as, their names, sex, birth place, purpose, and assignment which they were predestinated by God to carry out on Earth after they were born.

Several examples of predestinated children in the Bible, include, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, Moses, Samuel, Samson, John the Baptist, Jesus etc.,

This thread is intended to teach us how to produce such children which were predestinated by God to godly.

God bless.

The first thing we need to be able to predestinate our children is obedience of God's Word.

Our obedience of God's Word hinged upon the freewill God gave to us, gives Him the opportunity to predestinate humans through us for His own purpose.

One instance of such is Abraham.

God said to Abraham:

"Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will shew thee:
And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing:
And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed."
Genesis 12:1-3 (KJV)

Now from the above passage we can see how predestination works.

First, it was the Word of God to Abram, and next was the blessing that would follow Abram if he kept the Word of God. That blessing included the predestination of his offspring, that will ultimately result in all nations of the world being blessed by God through Abram.

So it was Abram's obedience of God's Word that would give God the opportunity to predestinate his offspring towards actualising His plan of bringing salvation to humans through the birth of His Son, Jesus.

Hence inside this long term plan of God concerning the salvation of mankind, there were also the predestination of several children who were sanctified in the womb and ordained to be prophets by God before their births just as prophet Jeremiah.

For instance, John the baptist, who was going to be the forerunner of Jesus, hence it was Abraham's obedience of God's Word that would set the ball of God's long term plan rolling in that regard.

Therefore obedience of God's Word is very important to have a chance of birthing children which were predestinated to be godly before their birth.

It doesn't always guarantee that but you have a much better chance of having a godly child when you're obedient to God's Word.

Therefore if you're still living a life of sin, it's hard for your children to be predestinated to be godly.

Even Abram, despite being righteous before God and obedient to His Word, had his child (Ishmael), which resulted from adultery (sin) rejected by God from being the covenant child via which He would fulfil His promises to Abram, and that in spite of Abram's earnest plea and prayer to God on the child's behalf. Genesis 17:18-21

God said He would bless the child because of Abram's prayer, but that the child would never be the covenant child through whom He was going to fulfil His long term plan of salvation for all mankind, instead it would be the child (Isaac) Sarai his wife, would bear to him, because of the sinful process via which his first child (Ishmael) emerged.

Moreover that result also complicated things for Abraham, his family, and also for the world, as we can still see the glaring trouble it brought up til this very day, in accordance with the saying of God that his hands would be against every man and every man's hands against (violence), which would have been avoidable had Abraham not conceived him in sin. Genesis 16:11-12

Hence why it's important to avoid sin as much as possible and be obedient to God's Word, if you want God to predestinate your children to be godly.

God bless.

The second thing you need to do if want your children to be predestinated by God to be godly, is to pray and dedicate your children to God before they were conceived or early on before their birth, while they're yet being formed by God.

This applies especially to women as it seems God has special consideration for women when it comes to child bearing, probably because they were the ones who bear them in the womb during the formative period/ process.

So if you're a godly woman who wants to birth godly children, even if you're still young and not pregnant yet, you can already start from now to pray and dedicate your future children to God.

Hannah hadn't conceived yet before she prayed and dedicated her child to God, but God heard her prayer and hence predestinated her child to be godly after she conceived him and before his birth, so you don't have to wait til conception of the child before you so. 1 Samuel 1:11

The earlier the better, but most importantly, ensure you don't wait until they're born first before you begin to pray and dedicate them to God, because by then they've been already formed, so if not predestinated by God before then to be godly, it would be more difficult to achieve that result even through prayer, because by then it would be left to them through their freewill to decide if to be godly or not, and since human nature is inclined to worldliness and sin, it could be much harder to control their paths from there onwards.

The mother of Ron Kenoly while yet pregnant with Him touched her tommy and prayed and dedicated her child to God, saying, "Lord this child would sing your praises", and the rest as they say, "is history". The same child grew up to bcame arguably the greatest praise and worship leader of our time.

Hence why you shouldn't wait until they're born before you started praying and dedicating your children to God, but begin to do so before their birth, while they're yet being formed by God in the womb, or better still before their conception, and let God be the one to determine their destinies instead of them.

God bless.

The reason God hinges His predestination of humans upon the decision of humans, is because after He created the earth and everything in it, including man in the beginning, He handed everything over to man and gave him charge and authority over them all. Genesis 1:26-28

That's actually the purpose God made man, to be in charge and freely determine the destiny and fate of the Earth and everything He made in the beginning.

Hence the world you see today is not what God made it to be in the beginning, but what man has made of the world that God handed over to him in the beginning.

It's man's actions and decisions that have predestinated the outcome of today's world, not God.

That right God to gave man in the beginning, hence it's up to man to decide how the world panned out.

So it's only when man decides of his freewill to come under God's authority, by obeying God's Word, that God is able to have His way on Earth, including the predestination of man's children to be godly before their birth.

Therefore if man had obeyed God's Word in the beginning, God would have used the opportunity to predestinate all man's offspring to be godly or righteous, so the earth would be filled with the godly and righteous people.

But he disobeyed and sinned against God, so instead it was his sinful nature that was inherited by his offsprings who consequently filled the Earth with wickedness, violence and corruption.

Hence whenever man obeys God's Word, he gives God the opportunity to have His way on the earth and to help bring it closer to what He desires, including the predestination of humans to be godly before their births.

That's how God brought salvation to mankind.

God bless.

Yet, after the child is born, the child must accept Christ as his Lord and Personal Saviour to be saved. Only Christ was born without sin.

Walk in obedience to God's Word and dedicate your children to God before their birth.
