If by your calculations is right then south east should be first on the chart because there are more Igbos in south east than other part of Nigeria put together

To start with the igbos outside of the se are more than the ones domiciled there…
Secondly why will the south east top the chart when you know the population of the region has been greatly depleted cos igbos are in very high number outside of their region …..the population of those igbos outside of the south east usually adds to the statistics of those regions

When statistics about poverty comes out and Lagos and Ogun are on top will you agree igbos contributed at least 40% to the poverty rate ?
