Why Are People Asking Peter Obi And Others To Withdraw Case From The Court. by nkemjacob2(m): 10:27am On Apr 25, 2023 |
Sometimes such statement gives me alot of things to think about concerning Nigeria institutions. We know how poorly INEC conducted this election (2023) These aspirant are seeking redress. The annoying part you see/heard people telling them to withdraw case what does that mean. Are you telling me these aspirants can't sink redress under his constitutional right or it tells us the failed system in the judiciary sector (as it will be a failure from arrival) or we are saying These people benefits from this system. 8 Likes 1 Share

citygarden:I don't really understand. So going to court to reclaim what he calls his stolen mandate amounts to dragging Igbos back? Is Tinubu drawing Yoruba Muslims backward by his attempt at the presidency and his supposed election victory? Is Atiku Abubakar drawing Fulanis backward for wanting to replace a fellow Fulani as Nigeria's president? 6 Likes 1 Share |

Check all the individuals or groups Involed in that unholy act. They are either criminals, accomplice of criminals, or people who are engaged in chidden criminal activity that have destroyed the destinies of youths . What they fail to understand is that the OBIDATTI ticket is bigger and beyond Obi or datti. If obi and datti today decide not pursue our mandate, we will crucify them. It is a non-negotiable and unstoppable ticket of the coming new Nigeria. 4 Likes |

No need to withdraw the case. Is only a dull person that will think court will remove a sitting president in a presidential system of government not even in United States not to talk of Nigeria |

citygarden: Selfish interest? drag Igbos backward? You know you're not making sense. So a Nigerian vying for an elective position is selfish interest? Going to the courts is also selfish interest? I just don't know the type o people I'm sharing country with. If we check now you'll say you're educated. 3 Likes 1 Share |

samijet:Are you insinuating that Nigeria's presidential election was deliberately rigged by INEC as alleged and someone announced as winner? So all the 'go to court' syndrome those aggrieved were told was simply because you people believe a sitting president is in charge of the judiciary and cannot be removed irrespective of the evidence? If you think so, then there is no need telling Obi to withdraw the case. 3 Likes 1 Share |

Draslo:Obi's position as at now is that of a former governor and presidential candidate of the Labour Party at the 2023 presidential election. I believe when Obi becomes the president of Nigeria, God willing, he will use his position as the commander in chief to stop the insecurity and unnecessary bloodletting in Nigeria by the grace of God. 3 Likes 1 Share |

FreedomfromtheT:The people telling him to go to court are same people saying he shouldn't go to court? It's natural to seek redress in court after elections, people advised him to go to court instead of going to media outIets and instigating vîóIèñce Iike he was doing initially with his VP. |
