How To Grow Your School From A C-list School To An A-list School. by Solo777(m): 5:30pm On Apr 25, 2023
*HOW TO GROW YOUR SCHOOL FROM A C-LIST SCHOOL TO AN A-LIST SCHOOL AND INCREASE STUDENTS PRODUCTIVITY AND POPULATION BY AT LEAST 15 - 75% BEFORE SEPTEMBER*

During the covid-19 era, we helped several D-list and C-list schools grow their students population, increase students productivity and enhance student and school growth by at least 15-65% and since then, we've been at the fore of helping schools grow.

Yours might be a dying school that needs revival or a new school that you want to see an exponential growth and between now and September, you can grow your school from a C-LIST to an A-LIST school and increase students productivity and population by at least 15-75% by September.

Here are some free tips that can help you also.

1. Reduce the note-copying time:

If you've ever been a class room teacher, You'll agree with me that most teachers and lecturers spend more than half of their periods copying or dictating the notes back to their students and by so doing may not be able to cover their scheme of work.

With a well reduced note copying time, your teachers will have more time to teach, discuss, allow the students think, calculate, ask questions, get more students activity, class work, presentations, feedbacks and also help the students understand better.

2. Increase students-teacher relationship:

Most students spend more time in school with their teachers than parents especially those who travel frequently so creating a better students-teacher relationship where students see teachers as helpers, friendly and approachable will relive lots of fears and tension that comes with learning.

Some subjects are already very demanding then imagine learning from someone who doesn't make you feel like learning from him/her or someone you fear.

It's a known fact that if you don't like your teacher, you will struggle to do well in his/her subject/course and as a school owner, it's your duty to grow a respectable and relatable relationship between teachers and students.

3. Partnership: After the covid-era, this was a big strategy we used to revive several dying schools and grow some new schools we're working with presently and you should prioritize it.

There are other strategies but this works wonders. Trust me.

4. Improved School meetings:

I've been a class room teacher and I can tell you that if you're open to your teachers and staffs, if you listen without feeling inferior of taking ideas from them, you'll do better.

Meetings should be held regularly where teachers will be allowed to make inputs and see their inputs manifest, feedbacks taken from them and made to feel a part of the project.

5. Improved teachers welfare/relationship:

The way you talk to and treat your staffs will greatly affect their moods and mode of delivery that day.

How swift are you to penalize them and how do you act or respond when they over deliver or do things right.

How about their salaries and bonuses.

Do you show empathy when you relate with them.

If you treat your teachers right and they do their jobs, your students performance and population will surely grow.

Why don't you let us help you.
