Many husbands have not passed the lover mode to the boss mode. They settle down for the former because they want don't want to offend the sensibility of their wives. The lover mode wouldn't sustain, for what has been engaged for long become boring without showing the other sides.

Career women know how to bottle their emotional troubles, and perform any task assigned to them concerning their office despite anger, backlash, and stress. They must discharge every duty assigned to them, on a time frame under stress and duress.

She must perform, or else her reaction if not positive will affect her pay and promotion. Career women walk on their tiptoes, sit chest out and rotate their necks in the workplace. There's no room for error. Boss mode is active. She serves her boss to remain checked in his book.

Every frustration she has is channeled to her husband or alcohol or clubbing. The difference between a man's frustration and that of a woman's is that it can be absorbed. She will find encouragement when she vents. Man is the better absorbent. Friends and alcohol are temporal.

Her vents don't bounce back to her. She has an opening at the end of the conduit. Her complaints will be paid attention. She may see a good number of help, especially from the male space. Her physique, beauty, and sexual appeal are enough to score her the average points.

When the man begins to vent, his complaints bounce back. Neither opening nor absorbent. His lamentations scatter people away from him like a strong wind on a flat tray of broken melons. His woman can only tend his wound but the healing must come from within - from himself.

His vents go up and come down. He faces this in every cycle. The difference is that in every cycle he may gain small freedom. Nobody cares about his struggles to the extent that they are willing to take him out of the hole which is identical to the help rendered to a woman.

As a lover, he must not be blinded by the sensibility of his wife. He must be strong enough to maintain a boss mode. The husband's identity is both a lover and boss. He's on a mission to lead the wife in the right way why acting as an absorbent for the rise of a dynasty.
