I work presently as a kitchen assistant in a hotel, and I am having a little issues with my chefs. I really want to know if cooking or turning of swallows like semo, wheat...are the jobs of a kitchen assistant. The chefs were telling me that the lady that worked previously before me was cooking and turning swallows. That it is my responsibility to do such. If a kitchen assistant begins to do so, what will be the responsibility of a chef? Pls I desperately need answers. The experienced ones, please come to my rescue.
