That is not Buhari's doing, the ISIS branch of Boko haram don't engage in acts to harm fellow muslim. When they broke away from the main Boko haram, they also subdued and decimated the Shakau group that normally carry out bomb blast and the rest. This dominant group now only attacts military formations and area where Muslim will not be affected. The point is more people have been killed in Buhari's 8 years than the previous 8 years of Yar'adua and GEJ.
