First NDLEA, now Ohaneze but nowhere have you mentioned the tribunal who is the only body to confirm a disputed election
alanto:

Even the APES body of Ohaneze have confirmed this.

Obi is a failure, no reason to want him to be president, his precedence is mediocrity and failure, or you just want him to be president because you like him grin

Please permit my ignorance..

You can search the internet yourself however this point in the petition is what will make Obi the winner if the tribunal accepts the evidences.

"However, the petition marked: CA/PEPC/03/2023 filed by Obi and LP’s lead counsel, Livy Ozoukwu, contended that Tinubu was not duly elected by majority of the lawful votes cast at the time of the election. They claimed there were rigging in 11 states, adding that they would demonstrate this in the declaration of results based on the uploaded results."

Based on what INEC uploaded, if you collate it, Obi votes in 11 states was not what inec declared. Remember inec declared a winner before results were uploaded. You cannot pretend you've not seen premiumtimes expose on Rivers results

The presidential election petition tribunal commences in earnest on May 10th, which marks the beginning of our mandate reclamation.

The Batists are obviously not happy because the tribunal can decide to address the Abuja 25% conundrum and Shettima double nomination early. These are matters of the constitution and law and does not require lengthy evidences, witnesses, forensics etc.

If the tribunal decides this quickly, Tinubu may not be sworn in!

I see victory! Obidatti is what Nigeria needs at a time like this!

Be wise! You asked for several prayers so that the court will grant one or two.

Hope Uzodinma came 4th by INEC yet asked the court to declare him. What eventually happened?

Even if it takes longer time prescribed by the Laws of our Land, we don't mind.
The end they say, justifies the means.

Obi is coming, mark it down.

Did any of you bother to read the uzodinma judgement?

Did you see his lawyers prayers before the court?

Same with orji uzors appeal at supreme court..

Obi prayed for the court to declare him as winner, citing irregularities from INEC's result collation that made Obi come 3rd.

They then added other prayers should in case the court tries to dodge declaring Obi as winner.

The below prayers of Obi are very powerful and even worrisome to Tinubu's camp, which made Tinubu to hurriedly meet with CJN in London to make him some tempting offers.

Shettima's double nomination automatically disqualified Tinubu.

25% votes in Abuja is very serious and delicate.

INEC not adhering to its own election guidelines which they repeatedly assured Nigerians they would adhere to is a very serious reason to cancel the election if the PEPT is sincere and serious. INEC made same declaration at Chatham house London.

Tinubu's drug forfeiture is another delicate matter cos the CJN himself once ruled that in law, forfeiture means guilty which means Tinubu is guilty of drug trafficking offense in the US and not qualified to be elected as President.

Tinubu's Perjury case of lying on oath is another one.

Tinubu can only win if the Supreme Court decided to be bias and corrupt without shame, if not, there are too many grounds to disqualify Tinubu, though I don't see the current CJN who is a Yoruba man disqualifying Tinubu.
