Marwa was retired and not in government during obasanjo, yaradua and GEJ's presidency. He got his appointment and came out of retirement under Buhari and APC.

keep decieving urself. marwa performed exceptionally well as governor in lagos state that's why he could be recognised afterwards and called by buhari after serveral years. He hasn't been in public service since he retrieved also so I don't know why u are crying balance Any time u see a Northerner being recognised.
