A managed service provider (MSP) is a third-party company that remotely manages a customer's computing infrastructure and end-user systems.

Small businesses use MSPs to manage their day-to-day computing problems such as network and infrastructure management, security and endpoint monitoring.

So basically, MSPs are external IT resources. They use a plethora of software, most notably PSA and RMM to carry out their tasks. Are there any businesses in Nigeria that do this for say banks or telcos? Or do they (banks and telcos) mostly rely on Internal IT teams. Do small Naija businesses ever use MSPs? Or they rely more on break/fix?
