I am not a doctor just a techie, but from the data gathered and compare you look relatively okay according to A.I
A sperm count of 33 million per milliliter (ml) is generally considered within the normal range for human males. However, it is important to note that fertility is not solely determined by sperm count, and other factors such as sperm motility and morphology also play a role.

Morphology refers to the shape and structure of the sperm cells. In a semen analysis, the percentage of sperm with a normal shape is evaluated. Sperm with abnormal morphology may have difficulty fertilizing an egg or may be unable to fertilize an egg at all. The World Health Organization (WHO) considers that at least 4% of sperm should have a normal morphology to be considered within normal range.

Sperm motility refers to the ability of sperm to move and swim in a forward direction. The motility of sperm is evaluated during a semen analysis, and it is expressed as the percentage of sperm that are actively moving.

The World Health Organization (WHO) has established guidelines for sperm motility. According to these guidelines, the normal range for sperm motility is as follows:

At least 40% of the sperm should be motile (moving actively).
Of the motile sperm, at least 32% should have progressive motility (moving in a forward direction).
Sperm motility is an important factor in male fertility, as it is necessary for the sperm to move through the female reproductive tract and reach the egg for fertilization. If the percentage of motile or progressively motile sperm is below the normal range, it can indicate reduced fertility. However, it's important to note that sperm motility is just one of several factors that are evaluated in a semen analysis to assess fertility potential.

In addition to sperm count, morphology, and motility, there are other factors that may be evaluated in a semen analysis to assess male fertility potential. These include:

Semen volume: The amount of semen a man produces during ejaculation. The normal range for semen volume is typically between 1.5-5.0 milliliters (mL).

pH: The acidity or alkalinity of the semen. The normal range for semen pH is typically between 7.2-8.0.

White blood cell count: The presence of white blood cells in the semen can indicate an infection or inflammation in the male reproductive tract.

Fructose level: Fructose is a sugar that provides energy to the sperm. The level of fructose in the semen can indicate the function of the seminal vesicles, which produce a significant portion of the semen.

Liquification time: After ejaculation, semen usually forms a gel-like clot that then liquefies within 15-30 minutes. Liquification time is the time it takes for the semen to become liquid again. Abnormal liquification time can indicate issues with the prostate gland or seminal vesicles

Presence of round cells or immature germ cells: Presence of immature germ cells in semen can indicate testicular damage or an obstruction in the reproductive tract.

Presence of antibodies: Antibodies against sperm can be present in the semen of some men, which can interfere with sperm function and fertility.
