After coming across a thread here on nairaland discussing how cheap it can be, I set out to the market at Shasha in Osogbo, Osun State with a N5,000 budget. I made a list and here's the value for it.

Tomatoe - 1600
Rodo & Bawa - 600, 1200
Alubosa - 500
Ponmo - 200
Fish - 500
Egusi - 300

My list contains meats and vegetables also, but I didn't have enough money and felt very disappointed.

Minus ponmo , fish & egusi , e no supoes pass 1500 for here .

You would have put them on a tray so we can get better view. Seems ponmo is cheap in the west.

Relocate to Onitsha

Na waa o. You were well cheated. I lived in Oshogbo some 8yrs ago and things were dirt cheap then so I rushed to open thread and view pics. I'm very disappointed.
