The Lagos State Labour Party is set to change leadership as a new caretaker committee has been set up. This is coming days after the formal chairperson Mrs Dayo Ekong celebrated her tenure renewal.
The tenure renewal is illegal and not according to the party constitution because Abure who is said to have signed her tenure renewal is currently facing a criminal case at Abuja court and therefore has not capacity to sign any legal documents in the party until he is cleared by the court.
