Schwarzman Scholars is the first scholarship developed in response to the geopolitical environment of the twenty-first century, and it is intended to prepare the subsequent generation of world leaders. Through a one-year Master’s degree at Tsinghua University in Beijing, one of China’s most prominent universities, the programme will give the world’s smartest students the chance to advance their leadership abilities and professional networks.

Eligibility
A candidate that is applying must be 18 years of age and above, but must not be 29 years by the time session starts on August 1.

Also, Since all instruction will be in English, applicants must exhibit good language proficiency. If English is not the applicant’s first language, official English proficiency test results must be included with the application. Suitable exam alternatives include:

• The Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL iBT), which is available online. a 100 minimum score.

IELTS, the International English Language Testing System. Minimum rating: 7.
• Advanced (C1) or Proficiency (C2) levels of Cambridge English. Minimum rating of 185.

Applicants who completed their undergraduate studies at a school where English was the major language of teaching for at least two years are exempt from this requirement. For candidates who have studied English for two years or more at the Master’s degree level or higher, the requirement will also be removed.
