The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, and company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.


Responsibilities
Oversee the full cycle of recruitment efforts
Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts, and employee termination process
Assist with payroll and benefits administration
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
Responsible for human capital management and business partnering
Develop and implement company policies and procedures
Responsible for human resources and employment/labour law and compliance


Qualifications
Candidate must possess a degree in law, business administration, or human resource
Minimum of 1 to 2 years prior experience in human resource administration and management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent supervision, business presentation skills, organization and leadership abilities, self-motivated with a result-driven approach and problem-solving skills
Strong analytical, critical, deep, organizational, and creative thinking skills
Knowledge of data analysis and report writing
Flexible and adaptable skills
Ability to work under pressure
