In December 2022, I printed and gave out 1,000 Copies of a master guide where I shared 4 basic birth deciders to enable pregnant women lower the chances of childbirth injuries significantly.

One of the childbirth tips I shared in the book is complications that make the birthing process more painful and laborious for most women and HOW TO AVOID THEM.

One of the moms who got the book shared her testimony with me 2months ago (March 2023).

She was able to push out her baby easily without vaginal cuts, tear, or episiotomy.

She prefers to remain anonymous but here is what she knew ahead and did:
1. She mastered the size of her baby relative to her birth canal, the vaginal and she implemented what I prescribed in the guide to successfully push out her boy without any cuts, even though the baby was big.

2. She learned the new easy way to perineal massage and how it works perfectly.

3. She equipped herself so well that she enjoyed shorter labor even though it was her first pregnancy.

4. She mastered the different body equation and how each could affect childbirth and what to do differently if her type has more risks of injuries at childbirth.

5. She learned how to engage her pelvic muscles perfectly because the pressure during labor is very specific and requires the right combination of muscle engagement to achieve success. She learnt all these in the guide.

6. Learning all these and more in the guide gave her a rare confidence in herself to give birth vaginally without any problem.

So, the woman’s testimony is a proof that my guide was very effective and valuable.

A report by UNICEF 2020 stated that “Every day Nigeria loses about 145 women of childbearing age, making her the second largest contributor to the maternity rate in the world. That tells you how risky it is to giving birth in Nigeria without having adequate skills on your own part as a woman.

So how come many Nigerians are not aware using this information?
THERE ARE TWO REASONS
1. THEY DON’T KNOW ABOUT THE GUIDE
