The Presidential Election Petitions Court, PEPC,is set to commence hearing of the PDP Presidential Candidate,Alh
Atiku Abubakar"s petitions that rejected and seeks to nullify the outcome of the 2023 presidential election.



Today's events holds a lot of anticipation for the PDP as it leaps in a bleak of hope for the party members,further strengthening the case against the process of the election.


Regardless of the rift between waring members, the PDP candidate has remained resilient and focused on the strength of the judiciary.

Inspite ongoing rilvaries that have threatened the unity and strength of the party, it has being unshaken, demonstrating that the fight for justice remains the strongest motivator for any man.


"Danladi Garba Isaac",A CIvil Society Organisation representative, from the People's Care And Advocacy Initiative (TPCAI), told journalists that, the court of appeal has demonstrated strength and willingness to fair hearing and is a judiciary that is audacious.
