don't go there, suicide is never the answer, go on your kneel pray to God and listen to his response...God answers us quicker when we are broken completely and has no one or nothing else to turn to, what you need is call upon him, even if you can't pray, fix your eyes to the heavens and let your tears speak for you

Personally i always start to go gym. It always help me not to dive in my minds.I'm really sorry to hear that you're going through depression.
