The 2023 presidential election has resulted in a constitutional crises, where judges have to carry out interpretation on the 1999 constitution.
If judges in court use the 1999 constitution to pass judgement on the 25% of votes required for the FCT, they will either declare Peter obi as the winner of the 2023 presidential election, or they will cancel the election.
The FCT is the place that has the special status, where all the tribe in Nigeria are equally balance in numbers. The FCT represent Nigeria as a country. They is no difference of a candidate who wins in 30 states, but failed to get 25% of votes in the FCT, and a candidate who wins in 10 states and in the FCT.

It's impossible that Tinubu got 25%+ in 28 states of the federation & couldn't get that in the FCT.
The FCT is like a mini Nigeria where all the tribe's of the 36 states are well represented.

Even Buhari that has been losing election since 2003 before 2015 always get 25% in the FCT.

Lolz. They will declare Peter obi as the winner ahead of atiku who got second position?

Or in the case of rerun, Peter obi or labor party will not even be on ballot paper.

The supreme court has done it before, the current governor of Imo state came 4th but the supreme court ruled that he won the election.

When Labour party's votes fraudulently added to Tinubu will be deducted and added to the lawful owner Peter Obi will be declared winner.

Declare Peter Obi how? He does not satisfy the conditions to be declared winner. The worst thing that will happen is to have a re-run in FCT. Trust me, even if it's vote buying, BAT will get the 25%.

Or Atiku also did not satisfy the conditions to be declared neither.

Stop saying nonsense. What do you mean impossible? Kano and Lagos are more representative of Nigeria than FCT. In reality, all votes are equal. One state can't hold the rest to Ransome. Obi gets nothing in the scheme of things.

Is kano or lagos the capital of Nigeria?
Is abuja minister part of governors forum?
Does abuja have house of assembly like kano and abuja?

This is not necessarily true. Cosmopolitan areas all over the world usually vote differently due to many factors. The voting pattern of New York in the US is different from New Hampshire. Similarly, the voting pattern in London will definitely differ from Lancashire.

Since 1961, the Republicans have not won Washington DC (US capital), yet the Republicans have won more presidential elections than the Democrats in the same period.

Voting pattern in a city depend significantly on the demography of that city. The ethnic composition in Abuja is different from Sokoto. While many people in Abuja might prefer Obi, an average Danladi living in a village in Sokoto might find him unattractive. Also, note that Danladi in the village will also have a different political view from Shehu (who is also from Sokoto and educated) who lives in Abuja.

You may be foolish to know that the major bone of contention is having 2% in FCT.

Where did you get this from?
Are you saying we not only have all the ethnic groups in Abuja, but they are also there in equal proportion?

Please provide proof either from NBA or otherwise that shows that all tribes are in Abuja and are balanced in numbers?

I.e in Abuja, the Hausa population is not greater than Tiv or igala, rather they're equal in number

You obviously do not understand these matters.

When Peter Obi recovers just his Rivers and Lagos votes, he will surpass Atiku.

When Peter Obi additionally gets his true Plateau votes, he will surpass Tinubu, whose votes will constantly reduce as Obis votes are increased in all these states
