So I know this is not the proper channel but at the moment I'm frustrated and you know misery loves company; I have experienced some pretty miserable people on nairaland so abeg let's gather here.
I had lost my debit card for my main bank account and due to the proximity of the closet branch, the stress of going to a bank in recent times and all other dumb excuses in retrospect, I need to get a new one. Hence, my unfortunate walk to the bank that is after my life at the moment to get an account and a card I could use. I should have read the signs and taken to my heels after a stressful and annoying unsucessful attempt to open an account online. But, the bank was a short walk from my office where I worked and I thought "might as well..." So after taking days yo finally getting the account open; another red flag. I sent some money into the account to get things running so I could finally get a card but that too took more than 24 hours; another bloody red flag! Sha sha, It dropped and I got my new Heritage Naira Master Card. Boy was I thrilled! So, I usually receive money from my main bank account and send only amounts I need in cash to my Heritage bank account.
Now, here's the problem. I have to pray that money I send to Heritage arrives on time. Some days it enters instantly but most times it takes anywhere between 3 hours to 4 days. Yes! I have waited 4 days for money I sent to my self albeit that was during the cash crunch period. But here I am again today. I desperately need cash. I've sent money to Heritage bank and again they have failed. I am tired. I keep asking "why are you doing this to yourself? Are you not insane? Doing the same thing and expecting a different result?" I don tire. Even the bank app sef works once in a while by luck and they are functions that have never worked since I started banking with them. Anyways I only have time to type this long thread. I hope someone reads it and enjoys it and please share your experience with Heritage Bank because even though I no get money, I still be customer. Treat me well.

Acceess bank is the most useless bank in the world, it took my mom almost two weeks to renew her expired debit card.

Some naija banks are not improving at all.
