**Labour Party National Executive Court Case.*
*Summary of Today's Proceedings.*

The Court refused the challenges to its jurisdiction, and only upheld the order restraining Abure and others from parading themselves as national officers,

It did not make any express decision or reference with respect to who is to occupy the office of Chairman.

The matter was adjourned to Friday 19th May.

However, As far as the party is concerned, going by the tweeter post, Julius Abure remains the Chairman,
but apparently, administratively, Comrade Ladi Iliya, the Labour Party’s deputy national chairman, and Prince Kennedy Ohanotu, the deputy national secretary are in charge of the Secretariat.

Lol. If not that people see Nigeria as a banana Republic, how can you Institute legal actions against someone and yet jump the gun to reap a premature benefit by declaring yourself 'acting chairman', as if the party doesn't have a rule book or there's no NEC. The grandpa is a big disgrace.

Tinubu came too late on this Lamidi Apapa case.
He has doing everything he can to get us to relinquish this noble quest to regain the mandate he stole. We have remained resolute despite their intimidation and attempt to buy us over.

Tinubu must return that mandate by fire by force whether he's well or not. If you won't release easily then it will be taken from you by force. Your deadline to return the mandate is May 29

My prayer is that if Mr Peter Obi is the true messiah that Nigeria Is waiting for, God Almighty should do everything within His power to have him occupy the presidential seat. But if not so, let them fail woefully.
