Kingsley Abasili who is popularly known for his striking resemblance to Nollywood legend Pete Edochie has said he contacted Yul Edochie.
Over the years it has been alleged that Kingsley who could be mistaken for Pete Edochie's son and also happens to be a Nollywood actor will eventually have Yul Edochie to contend with. Kingsley has also over the years referred to Pete Edochie as his Dad and once alledged that he is the legend's son. Although Kingsley has met severally with Pete Edochie (following photos they have taken together), the Edochie family has remained silent over his emergence even when he was said to be Pete Edochie's son.
Days ago, Kingsley Abasili posted on his social media page saying he contacted Yul Edochie but their conversation may not have gone down well. From his comment, Yul Edochie did not reciprocate him "trying to be friendly".
He said: "Someone asked me if I have ever contacted @YulEdochie. My answer is YES; but how he responded, hmm... story for another day. I was just trying to be friendly but little did I know it won't go well with him. Till we meet."
