This is the third time they have not delivered my item and then pretended to refund me. I will say fourth, because several years ago I ordered 20,000 worth of electricity from them and I did not receive any token no, but let it go because I could not be bothered to start emailing the electricity company as directed by them.

Because of them I have closed those bank accounts they pretended to refund because I thought the banks might be at fault, but I'm now realizing Jumia might be the scamming culprit here.

Most tyms they refund u back to ur Jumia wallet and not bank.I bought something from them last month it could not be delivered I got a refund in my Jumia wallet which I later used on Jumia food..Engage their CS and let them confirm where your money is!

I checked my Jumia pay wallet. It's not there. The last times I went back and forth with their CS but no resolution. They just kept emailing me the refund receipt.
