I intended to recharge my airtel line with N1,600 from my bank account but mistakenly did N16,000. The money didn't even enter so I went ahead t recharge N1,600 again. The second recharge entered my phone then later the N16,000 also entered. How can I get my N16,000 credit returned to my bank account? Called the network customer care and they advced I go to my bank. Can anyone help with a better suggestion, pls? |
