When our people know that economics aka money governs the world and how humans judge/assess each other, they will understand how things work. The British might hate the Chinese, but because the Chinese are bringing in hard cash and studying at the top universities while having the lowest dependants amongst all, there would be fewer requirements for them.

It's crazy how we think that we are making more money than most countries in the world because of a few billionaires and millionaires. UAE banned us because we are of little economic value to them. Nigerians aren't even among the top 15 spenders/tourists in UAE. Nigerians aren't the only ones to commit criminal acts in that Kingdom. They can't try it with the Brits, Americans or even Spanish. The same way small countries like the Maldives, Cape Verde and Canary Islands are discriminating against Nigerians because they are black. Nigerians don't even know that most Latin Americans countries don't need a visa to the UK. Our so-called "spending power" is insignificant in the Global scheme of things.

Of course they don't. They have much stronger economies and cannot be taken for granted. China has the largest middle class in the world. No sane country would ignore that huge amount of spending potential. Even Americans don't joke with them despite the proxy war going on between them. The Gulf state folks do not even find the western world attractive, apart from education (scholarship), they don't really go to the west.
Pubic Service job is enough for them in their countries and besides they prefer to stay in their dominant society.
