Peter Obi is a demented and frustrated loser. He knows that he has no valid case but welcomes the publicity and media attention he is getting as consolation for his inability to access public office since Anambra state spat him out in 2014. 4 Likes 1 Share |

Obi dey hide billions inside his Pandora secret foreign bank account, but he can not pay common 1.5 million to prove his own case? This confirms the suspicion that Obi is really not interested in any beyond using the court for his continued attention-seeking syndrome, this is also the reason why they want cameras in the courtroom, his petition is all for showmanship and propaganda and this is what see in the courtroom every day, just madness and propaganda. Obi is basically using the tribunal and the judiciary propaganda, a sad and pathetic charade. 3 Likes 1 Share |

Never believe anything said by INEC as far as any issue concerning this election is concerned. The behind-the- scene moves are always intriguing. |

Responding to the allegation, INEC’s lawyer said Obi’s legal team declined to attend a meeting that was called to streamline issues around documents to be tendered before the court. “We agreed to meet on Monday and Tuesday (15 and 16 May). But on Monday, May 15, I received a call that the Labour Party legal team had not turned up at the venue for the inspection of the documents,” Mahmoud told the court. You see.. I don know say the truth go come out.. 1 Like |

So LP don’t want to pay the required fee to get some documents crucial to their petition? I believe INEC on this because LP/Obi’s lawyers didn’t object INEC’s claim in court and that shows how serious the petitioners are. |

It is becoming irrational to live in Nigeria. How can a REC say no form EC8 for Rivers State? Are we kids? You want people to pay for an incomplete package, are they dumb? You are INEC! Make everything ready for all parties, you are institutionalized to serve Nigerians not APC. They announced a magical result and shouted 'go to court' all of a sudden the document they used in calling results have gone missing. They are really testing the patients of Nigerians. We dey come for all criminals. |

seanfer:You say? Certain documents cannot be obtained for free in private litigation. This isn't a private litigation and INEC is not private company. In fact, even in cases against private companies you can mandate them to produce certain documents. INEC is funded by tax payers money via the government. INEC already has a budget to cover cost of litigation that comes after elections. Court will mandate them to produce the documents. INEC is just being very very stupid. |
