I have a 3 bedroom flat I rented in march, in Abeokuta around adigbe. I work in lagos and thought commuting Abeokuta-lagos was going to be okay but I can’t do it . I paid 505k for it. Annual being 350k. I need someone to continue the lease. 3 months (match to April ) wil be secured and rest will be paid by the person coming in.
Newly renovated. No landlord . Very spacious . Wardrobe and cabinets are in the rooms. Each room en-suite with bidet finishing . Dining room also there. There are three balconies as well.
