Only in Nigeria universities, I remember my school threatening not to issue matriculation number if you will not pay 5k for the Matriculation gown, which we all paid and still struggled to collect the gown, at the end of the day, the gown no still reach, some people end up collecting only gown without cap 🎓, others cap without gown 😂😂😂😂😂😂.



Then after the matriculation lecture u will see those photographers advertising to you to come and snap with their own matriculation gown, u will rent it with 1k just for 3 minutes and still pay for the pics, how photographers manage to get the gown nah only God Know and the gown no reach real students 😂😂😂

Lol. I remember my Matric in 2018. Na only one person for our dept attend and we all rush am collect him Matriculation oath photocopy. Dean was threatening fire and brimstone but she later mellow.


Matriculation na bullshit, na convocation matter.

I got my gown easy. My parents couldn't make it down due to their schedule. But my friends were there. Some celebrations no need parents around so you can go H.A.M.
